Wrong again Greedy.

When a company does a RS, usually the OS is the only thing that is reduced. Look at QMNM (Now QMLM) they just did a 1 - 10 RS, there OS was reduced 10 fold, but the AS remained the same. This is almost always the case. Gives the company room to dilute they choose to.
