This case is precedent in pharma industry and BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out. Otherwise this can happen to any BP as well.

This business about being confident about winning the appeal.... Well they were very confident they would win this case... and did NOT.

If BP feels that strongly about overturning this then let them have the whole kitten caboodle and let us get on with our lives. Not firing reps and just going on as if nothing happened. This JT takes the cake. And of course if the BOD does nothing about it they are guilty as well if not more so. Watch if we find out BB sold out.

If this is true - and AMRN loses on appeal - this sucker will be appealed to the Supreme Court with BP having AMRN's back and quite possibly funding the process.

Also a good reason why we didn't hear from JT today - worldwide BP CEO teleconferences were going on all day.

I found that statement curious unless JT been in constant contact with BP behind the scene all along. Furthermore, the only option for JT now is to win on appeal so I don't know what "BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out" is even a possible option. TIA.
