just spoke to amarin rep
They had a conference call with JT today.
Amrn already put a stop today with fda for generics to apply with fda
No rep layoffs
Amarin confident they will win the appeal.
This case is precedent in pharma industry and BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out. Otherwise this can happen to any BP as well.

Unfortunately, Amarin lossed support of further financial support.
