cardiologymd, you said "BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out."? Did JT made that particular statement during the conference call? I found that statement curious unless JT been in constant contact with BP behind the scene all along. Furthermore, the only option for JT now is to win on appeal so I don't know what "BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out" is even a possible option. TIA.
