If this is true - and AMRN loses on appeal - this sucker will be appealed to the Supreme Court with BP having AMRN's back and quite possibly funding the process.

Also a good reason why we didn't hear from JT today - worldwide BP CEO teleconferences were going on all day.

They had a conference call with JT today.
Amrn already put a stop today with fda for generics to apply with fda
No rep layoffs
Amarin confident they will win the appeal.
This case is precedent in pharma industry and BP will help AMRN lobby for this to get thrown out. Otherwise this can happen to any BP as well.
