Understand that once this happens, it will validate the idea of collusion to keep Sintx undervalued with the aid of several accounts on various social media platforms as well as Anson and its funds. It would explain why management has not acquired shares to date and so many other things as this would have been preplanned before NP was divested and Sintx divested Amedica.
Having said that, what would happen if another, better bid came in; a higher bid is not necessarily a better bid? Reverse merger at least allows current holders to still profit when Zimmer Biomet does come out of the closet; as well as all the other partners Sintx already has in place.

It seems that when i posted this certain parties thought it was meant as a threat of sorts. However that was never my intention. I was merely warning how exposed this is now. With this information out there plus addition information already in place you should be more worried about other parties not connected to me; especially if i managed to get one of those three letter agencies to put me on watch for my 911 inside job to leave the 1972 ABM treaty research (linked in section 3 of this post). The fact that this comment spurred attempts to contact me, several private messages to get me to call a number, which was confirmed to have occurred on this forum, only strengthens the validity of what i said about collusion.

During the phone call I was relayed a story that indicates how dangerous these people are. You know the kind of story where the "bad actor" relays an indirect threat against you or your loved ones life through the telling of story about some event. I mean thats how i took the story at least. Seriously its like something ive seen in a movie and the real bad actor is hiding behind the person im speaking to. Due to this perceived threat, I have no choice but to put that conversation out there for public consumption as my only defense is truth; shinning a light on shadowy operations. After my post on Friday, NoneYa on ST posted this image that implies there will be consequences, chain reaction. Now at least theres public record if something happens to me or my family.

This type of argument is sometimes used as a form of fearmongering in which the probable consequences of a given action are exaggerated in an attempt to scare the audience.

According to some posts in this thread, its individuals inside of Sintx that gave these people my information. One of the people i spoke with apparently not liking me posting things i was posting here and on ST. The individuals i spoke with/emailed with are Mike Houston, Sonny Bal, & Kevin Ontiveros (albeit briefly for my call with Ontiveros), outside of David O'Brien who showed me around the facility back in 2015. The post implies that it was Sonny that had me doxxed. This despite them also claiming i work for Sonny. It cant be both guys.

We already know Sintx and Morgan were working together. NP/Sintx merger just solidifies that. We know Zimmer Biomet and Sintx have had a long standing relationship (going on 20 years) so as long as Sintx components for Arthroplasty are any good, Zimmer Biomet will come out from behind the curtain. With ZB comes ZimVie and I believe Solventum because of Bryan Hanson. Leaving only Cardinal Health which is suggested by Sintx hiring of Joseph Palomo who joined Sintx from Cardinal Health R&D division.

Morgan Ceramics = Aerospace products
Zimmer Biomet = Arthroplasty oriented products
ZimVie = Dental?
Solventum = Wound Care, Catheters, & possibly Cancer treatment products.
Cardinal Health = PPE & Medical protection apparel.
NP Aerospace = Armor plates & other possible products connected to TA&T.
