I've always been a rather doggeded fighter in such matters, but, after 12 years of wittnessing the plays this entity has made (all seemingly in vein if indeed those efforts were meant to succeed at all) I'm sorta out of things to think about or say in regard to LQMT. Truth is that I never owned as many shares as others have indicated that they possess, but, I have wound down that number significantly over the past two years. I"m still in the hole but I'm glad that I'm not ready to jump off the roof. I suppose in some ways I'm progressing though the stages of grief while bobbing up every now and then for some air.
Thanks again for your efforts as they do keep me engaged althoug even if the share price were to go to $.60c I'll not be able to build a vacation home. As for people who are in on this LQMT joke and do indeed know what the joke is exactily I hope that what you are profitting from is worth what you have done to shareholders who have beem rather trusting and gullible, especially when you make one of your announcements that allow us to feed upon. I understand how I could believe that Li's intervention in 2016, TC's prediction of profitability in 2017, the purchase of a building called the "Center of Excellence", Paul Hauck's hire and his training of SLR's, electical upgrades, partnerships with Apple, Engel, Electurlux ( sp ?) etc, etc.,etc, and the cash to provide time to make sales happen all could help me believe. It is just as hard to believe that nothing has come to the American shareholder by way of all these "efforts"

Yep, I'm not a newbie or a veteran but absent some hopeful rhetoric all I can muster is a chess set, some watches, golf clubs (reason I took the terrible dive), some knives and a bouncing ball. At least these things came to exist ... all the rest of the stuff is nonsense and has served no purpose to me other than lighting my savings accounts.

The magic question is what to do about all this other than post our frustrations on this message board ? I do not propose to know the answer but there must be some mechanism to alert some sort of authority to dig into the situation.

Yes, they must be choosing to not do anything and therein lies the great mystery that has perplexed me for nearly 12 years now. At least Steipp was articulating a desire to pick low hanging fruit, Paul (whats his name?) was promising progress via his MSR's and other prototypes, the purchase of a new building and electrical system, followed by the capacity to mass manufacture in China were hints that things could happen. Now that TC has emerged as the only catalyst NOTHING IS EVEN HINTED.

LQMT has become rotten to its core and nobody knows why it continues to burn whatever cash is left over. While this nonesensical company is probably too small to investigate what they have done to their few shareholders is a travesty. As an idle sideline why has this fellow Jason Bond remained so silent with his supposed millions of shares ... you would think he has a platform to at least demand some attention to this silliness we are all enduring for so long.

Yeah, the blood was flowing in the streets at $.1467 a few years back ... has the victem bled out yet ? = NOPE but to the consensus view of this board HOPE and a few left over dollars is all that is left to chew on. TC and PATIENCE have worn threadlike thin to all of us who have remained.

It strikes me that the HOPE factor could be a fallacy that WE are using as our lottery ticket. LQMT, et.al. probably have been upfront with us regardless of their reluctance to explain why they have abandoed the company and are letting it bleed out before our lying eyes.

The current price points could very well be serving to reward us for our loyality if we choose to take hold of the life preserver being offered at $.05c.... if we too abandon this farce at least we can escape with something other than a complete loss. Some have very little to lose while others could be facing serious financial losses .... aparently LL and TC are not in the latter group and are content to let us wallow in our forced ignorance, confusion and indecision.

I continue to find their choice to treat the shareholders with such contempt unethical and would love to see them held accountable. I suppose they can look at themselves in the mirror however and not gag given the rewards THEY have experience at our expense. I also they have done nothing wrong legally but certainly their ethics are at the very least "suspect".

What do I wish for ? I wish they would sell it all if some person or entity wants to take on the comercialization challange in a seriouls manner.

Well, Yeah ... when it is put that way we could have sold when the company did, However the implication is that an investment in a company is done one can expect the company to prosper in the future. At least when Apple bought in it was done as a pure buy .. they did not obtain shares as did Mr. Li. In that regard I view it as an obscured transaction designed to mis-lead. Was it fraud ? Perhaps not, but the story behind how it occured and how the future unfolded would not only be interesting reading but an example of how a foreign entity obtained IP absent any clear benefit or knowledge upon the shareholders.

In other words if they did indeed buy IP to use elsewhere for their own profit, it was a rather back door way of carting it out of the country to the detriment of honest people who deserve(d) more information and better treatment. As it stands now, we were led to believe that commercialization whould we introduced and we needed to be patient as it rolled out in variouls parts ot the world. Ergo, we deserve a complete explaination of why it could be accomplished in one part of the world and not the other where we may profit.

Does this make sense ? I don't know but it feels to me like I was scammed, and, I'd love to sell whatever shares I have for my story for a mere $.60c a share.

LQMT is sold or LQMT inks a contract for revenue. Or somehow the www is successful at pumping up the share price.

Not a totally unlikely scenario ... it has a great deal of logic and realism. Plus, it is an explanation to the way things have played out over the last 8 years. It sure trumps the "electrical upgrade" fiasco. Given your past prognostications ( most pointedly a zero chance that the share price will NEVER see a $.60c price tag) it also has a great deal of credibility. It sure as hell beats the mundane quarterly reports coming from the do nothings in California.

I suppose Li could have gifted Tony the company and the cash + assets for some service or other. However, why not cash it in for a few million $ along the way rather than allow others to benefit from this long and tourteous decay I have to wonder. All of it is worthy of a real investigation from somewhere. If nothing else it could be an interesting example of how a foreign country steals American technology thereby exposing the fraud perpetuated upon us those 8 long years ago.

Given their information provision paralysis it can be easily infeerred that they simply do not know what to do and are conternt to continue to collect their salaries and let it fade away over time. Should that indeed be the case I need to consider my sanity in addition to my overly FOMO disease.

Thanks for your well wishes ... I'm gaining daily and hope to make it for a few more years although this year has been pretty tough. Nothing more than most of my age but I'm pretty tired of doctors and hospitals for the time being.

Yes, I remember all those many glimmers of success from the low hanging fruit to Paul's promise via his MSR's to Li's plea for patience and the share price of $.44c. That is not to overlook the manufaturing base promised in China, the Electralux agreement and probably many more I've documented and forgotten. Do you know that it has been almost 8 years since Li's intervention and the $.44c price ? Seems long ago and far away.

In spite of it all LQMT is almost trading at book value and is so very overdue and perhaps oversold IF there is a revenue producting contract somewhere on the horizon. The material must have some purpose if Swatch and Apple and the Eastern Hemisphere are using it in a profitable manner.

Like most I hold enough shares to realize a gain that is sufficient to satisfy my needs but it has been a long haul,and, if there is any luck in the equation we are long overdue. I can remember sitting at the poker table thinking that I was just about to go bust when I had a run and got back to even and maybe made a few bucks after all was said and done. Yes, I went bust a few times but in my very soft weekly game I sense I ended out on top in the long run.

I"m HOPING that LQMT will follow that same path but at out ages I"m beginning to wonder.

I’ve been a little under the weather lately to the extent that my LQMT lottery ticket has been kinda pushed down on my list of concerns. Nonetheless, I believe my questions may never end up being answered ... I do hope that yours will be addressed at some point in the near future, which brings me to this post.

Keeping things simple; who is capable of addressing the primary issue(s) regarding the commercialization of Liquidmetal in the Western Hemisphere ? Clearly, Li and his cohort ( Chung, et. al.) have chosen to remain silent or dormant on the subject leaving we few outside shareholders “swinging in the wind”. To me that is a secondary issue based upon nothing other than common decency which I guess is not part of the creed under the subject of “stock ownership”.

While we all understand that the LQMT saga is not “above the the fold” investigative fodder it is still very strange that nobody has been able to crack this nut. Surly there are multiple individuals who know what causal factors have precipitated the dormancy of the company. Why have they too remained silent ? Who are “they” and how can they be approached to share such knowledge ?

Personally, 2023 has been the toughest year in my 76 + ones on this earth and I’ve had many talks with myself regarding mortality. To wit, LQMT is not one of those monumental questions that face each of us as time marches on ….. regardless, it sure would be nice if somehow I (we) could learn what has gone on here. It will make little difference financially in my or my family’s lives, but like those stupid movies that leave you hanging after some very entertaining build up(s), it would be a nice bit of icing on the the cake so to speak.

Any thoughts out there about how we can mobilize to start the digging into this conundrum of a company would be welcome, and, I think important to many people in the same boat. Do we seek journalistic help ? Do we petition the company legally ? Do we try to involve governmental authorities ?

As we all wade into the future, thanks to all contributors to this message board for your insights both hopeful and negative. If nothing else we are entertaining ourselves in this life journey that tends to become rather mundane as our years fade away.

Agree with you as usual ... I just do not uderstand why they have not pulled the plug from this "in a coma" entity. It annoys the hell out of me just as losing something also drives me crazy. All sounds good ... I had an illusion that tire air valves was the ticket a while ago, seems as though nobody followed throug on that count.

Truth is, that the current LQMT crew apparently has no desire to market or sell anything and I remain very confused as to why they continue to operate in theory. Why they do not BK it or sell it is beyond my very limited abililty to understand private business. Surly the meager saleries are not their primary motivation unless they are indeed no show jobs.

Why Li pumps in $64M + of his money (or someone else's) and does nothing for 7 + years is a mystery that continues to stump me as well.

Strongly agree ... and one of the strongest reasons to hold is the lack of volume in and of itself.
Who wouldn't like to have this company resolve it's issues and either sell it all, go under by it's own weight or make it something worth owning. Neiter Li not Chung seem willing to do what it takes to make something happen in any of these regards.
I contend there is a reason for their inaction .. dammed if I know what that resason is but there is a reason.
