Strongly agree ... and one of the strongest reasons to hold is the lack of volume in and of itself.
Who wouldn't like to have this company resolve it's issues and either sell it all, go under by it's own weight or make it something worth owning. Neiter Li not Chung seem willing to do what it takes to make something happen in any of these regards.
I contend there is a reason for their inaction .. dammed if I know what that resason is but there is a reason.
