Not a totally unlikely scenario ... it has a great deal of logic and realism. Plus, it is an explanation to the way things have played out over the last 8 years. It sure trumps the "electrical upgrade" fiasco. Given your past prognostications ( most pointedly a zero chance that the share price will NEVER see a $.60c price tag) it also has a great deal of credibility. It sure as hell beats the mundane quarterly reports coming from the do nothings in California.

I suppose Li could have gifted Tony the company and the cash + assets for some service or other. However, why not cash it in for a few million $ along the way rather than allow others to benefit from this long and tourteous decay I have to wonder. All of it is worthy of a real investigation from somewhere. If nothing else it could be an interesting example of how a foreign country steals American technology thereby exposing the fraud perpetuated upon us those 8 long years ago.
