One of the many mysteries, in my opinion. I'd guess it is someone or some entity trying to start a fire without getting burned his/then selves.Surly the pattern does not at all signify something psoitive or negative about to occur.

Otherwise this is just another question/issue that is well avove my pay grade.

BTW this Jason Bond fellow who presumably has a relatively large investment .. what the hell is that all about I wonder.
