It may not mean much but I have seen the ask on the expert market go from 0.007 to .02 to .0325 in the past three or four trading sessions.  Not many shares get traded at 0.0002 or 0.0003.  

I did not see the Budman post.  I did read that Canadian retail are permitted to buy on the expert market. I this true?

Does Robinhood allow customers to buy on the expert market?  At 0.0002 each million shares costs only $200.  

There are shareholders loans that total $484,000. There are no stated terms or conditions for these loans. Is that unusual? Who would loan money with no terms or conditions?

CEO John H in an interview in March 2024 was saying that with two FDA approved DED tests the stock price should be 10 cents. That would imply that AXIM owned the IP for those two tests. Now Tex is saying that insiders own the IP, not the company. What about the cancer tests in development, the Covid antibody level test, the Parkinson’s Disease test. Who owns the IP regarding these tests?

Catalina Valencia owned 28.6 million shares in January 2024. She might still have a substantial incentive today to turn things around.

Just some sort of communication with the market might have a positive effect. Bankruptcy would make all those shares worthless.

The market cap is reported as $750,000. The assets are estimated to be $4.2 million. The liabilities are reported to be around $7.3 million. Is the IP (intellectual property ) really worth so little? How much longer can AXIM avoid bankruptcy?

I received an email that PSYCF is looking for mushroom foragers in the USA. The supply of Amanita Muscaria used to come from Europe. It might be good exercise and paid work outdoors.

Would the salary of the CEO of PSYCF bankrupt the company before any break even is possible? Is it around $400,000 per year salary? What is the total debt of this company. How much of that is toxic convertible debt?

What is happening regarding gummies? Can synthetic chemical ingredients substitute for the mushroom derived ingredients?

They never explained why the DED tests number declined in the last quarter. Could it have been a manufacturing issue that limited available supply of tests rather than a steep decline in demand? That would be an important distinction to be able to discern.

I remember seeing in the last 10-Q that the company is projected to achieve break even around the end of 2024. That is 3 1/2 months from now. Is this remotely likely or even possible? And if this is not possible is it legal for AXIM to make a statement to that effect? Did I read that correctly?

The Parkinson’s Disease test could have a large market that is substantially bigger than DED. I was excited to hear about that development. Early diagnosis might be a useful thing for PD patients to perhaps make preventative lifestyle changes early in the course of their disease. Would IR or the CEO be willing to discuss what is going on with this PD test and other tests in development?

Oftentimes a Biotech company will discuss such things to keep investors as optimistic as possible without abusively stretching the truth or pumping.

Can shareholders demand some sort of timely updates? Investors need to have more detailed information to make sound investment decisions.

CLIA waiver efforts are also not clear to me. This is fundamental to the success of the company.

Perhaps there could be an opportunity to double down at a cheap stock price below this stock price or wait a longer time until break even and an end to the massive dilution. Does anybody have any hope left for AXIM?

On another board, Stock Twits or Yahoo Finance there are posts that there have been sales of stock totaling over 100 million shares in the past few months massively diluting current shareholders. The next thing that they are predicting is that we do a massive reverse split and then continue to dilute shareholders again from there.

Are current shareholders happy about this? Does management suffer at all in this scenario? Am I exaggerating how bad this seems to be for current shareholders? The selling of hundreds of millions of shares under a penny can only put downward pressures on the share price.

I do not see any efforts by management to communicate with shareholders. Is this some sort of nightmare? Is there anything positive that could be said?

Thanks to Investor2014 for this analysis of TA that is intellectual. So little of what gets posted here is intellectual. The big hedge funds and private equity that are always profitable must be so for some kind of reason. If it is not an expert understanding of TA then it must be something else.

There is perhaps a better quality of fundamental analysis. Then there is also the possibility of getting inside information through bribery or other nefarious means which is illegal. There is also the possibility of different sorts of market manipulation which is also illegal. There is also the possibility of some sort of collusion between market players which is also illegal. There is also the possibility that with unlimited amounts of money they can drive smaller players to ruin by short selling before then going long at the right time at prices that are unreasonably low. They can also destroy a company entirely with naked short selling whereby they never need to cover.

The news for TORVF released on Aug 6 2024 seems to have had no effect on the stock price.

What do mean by being flagged? I remember that you had around 850,000 shares held short from around 40 cents. It has been hard for you to cover because of the low volume. Buying to cover would cause the share price to rise which is the opposite of what you want. Short selling at 0.0001 would tank the price which is what you want. At bankruptcy you would never have to cover. Would you ever need to pay taxes on your profits if you never need to buy to cover because it gets delisted?

What is the competitor product of which you are referring at 1/4 the price? Does it penetrate the skin deeply as well as our product? Thanks.

There are now a number of eye doctors that are CLIA certified. How many doctors is that? How many DED tests are they using per doctor’s office per month and what is the total number of tests used per month? I read this board fairly thoroughly, but I didn’t see this information. When you went short you knew it had to go down.

If a person were being paid to promote a stock or to bash a stock, should there be a publicly displayed prominent moniker next to their name on any social media platform that the message comes from a paid scumbag of sorts.

If someone were proven to have been paid and the messages they posted showed a clear bias, then a crime will be determined to have been committed and a penalty assessed.

Social media platforms have the ability to identify us if an authority wanted that information. It is the responsibility of the slimeball to make sure that the moniker is displayed conspicuously.

If a person is not payed then a bias would be perfectly legal to have and express.

The dollar value of trades in one day today is $112 million. Market cap of LSDI is around $2.5 million.

There was a mention that Dr. Otiko would use a natural ingredient in Nupelo instead of the planned for minoxidil for which the FDA would have required expensive and lengthy clinical testing. A natural product does not require any clinical testing to my knowledge.

Can anybody think of what sort of natural ingredient would be a good hair growth candidate? Better skin penetration by combining with the Viaderma transdermal transporter chemistry could plausibly have a greater effect at the hair follicle and grow hair more effectively. I guess I sound gullible to give this a thought. Hair growth for men is a valuable market.

Should the SEC investigate the $700,000 loan Dr. Otiko gave to himself? He never repaid to the company , to my knowledge , the previous $300,000 amount loaned to himself. The company has no income. How can this be justified or legal?

Are there any laws that regulate this sort of activity? Wouldn’t there need to be some sorts of terms regarding the loan and a stated interest rate? Just wondering if anybody, ideally a lawyer or an MBA , has any opinions about this.

Almost all of your posts are negative however about the company. There is a lot of complexity to your trading.

To go short an investor would have to know that sales would never materialize. A CEO salary of $450,000 a year would also be a solid tell that disaster is the obvious outcome when there is no profit and severely deficient sales.

Does CIGN and MF admit to contamination. I was under the impression that those facts are not agreed upon.

Do we know whether the soil on the farm was actually contaminated with heavy metals or instead only claimed to be contaminated by the defendant in the lawsuit?

From 48 cents to 2 cents that was a hugely profitable trade for you. You are saying that the volume is too low however to close out the 850,000 shares at 2 cents. If you were to buy a lot of shares to close out your position the stock price would go up and damage the potential profit that you could make by slowly covering. Congratulations on your savvy trading.

Nobody wants to be long because it is common knowledge that PSYCF is a scam. I thought that there was a chance that AME would catch on. This is all very educational for me.

Surely you would have a sizable short position. It is my impression that such a position could result in massive losses if something positive were to happen. How do you manage that sort of risk and the large percentage of margin required to hold all those shares short? Also there is a cost to the brokerage to have borrowed all the shares and then sold them to have a short position. I am trying to understand what the savvy investors do with stinky pinkies.

If they were to double the dosage and put it in a drink it could help some more people who would then actually feel the calming effect, sleep better and then tell their friends and family.

The Calm product can be dropped into a drink as it is now. I have not done that yet. Four full droppers perhaps. There would a much better taste this way.

Does the FDA or another agency limit the dosage allowed in a beverage that could be sold commercially?

Foraging for these mushrooms must be expensive versus the cost of farming the mushrooms if it became commercially possible. It would be a great research project for a mycologist to learn how to grow Animita Muscaria.

If and when VDRM gets current on its financial reporting with the upcoming annual report that should be in my view an accomplishment that gets rewarded in the stock price.

In the interview CEO JH said that he surmised that the FDA did not want patients and doctors to see precisely with the test that their antibody levels for Covid drop fast after the vaccine administrations. I thought that was interesting to hear about.

The stock price was 80 cents to $1.00 a few years ago when stockholders were hoping for the roll out of the Covid antibody level tests. We are now at a low of 1 cent for a few trades today.

He said that our dry eye disease tests are worth around 10X our current market cap. That does not include the Parkinson’s Disease test which seems like to me it would have a large market. There are likely other interesting tests that Sapphire is researching.

He mentioned the CLIA Waiver time for approval at the FDA is now targeted for 90 days and not the previous 8 or 9 months. That is good to hear about.

The stock chart shows a very dim prospect for this company but in actuality there are good reasons in my view to foresee and hope for a reasonable chance of success with AXIM.

Is it naive for me to feel this way? Maybe someone should describe here the probable likelihood of the reverse split risk in the near future. Then there are the subsequent offerings dilution risks.

There are other sometimes overlooked pitfalls of buying pre revenue small cap biotech companies. The tactics of shorts and toxic convertible debt schemes are also considerations.

Is there any evidence of sizable shorting by a coordinated group of insiders with PSYCF. Is it illegal for management to collude with schemers to tank a company to give a profit to short position holders?
