Question for the experts.

I've been out of the trading hobby for a year or so and when i left there was something new where people couldnt sell their penny stocks under a certain price. Is this still the case or has this been changed?

Exactly. With a 4Bil O/S on a stock at .0001 is nothing lol this can and imo will be bought up quick on the right news ;)

Good info.. I'm currently in a couple other stocks that just recently went non-DTC and in order to sell them off it could cost up to $1,000 in fee's... I think i'll be moving to trading dynamic options now as it seems the safer bet!

Silly goose i'm a guy :) I'll admit you have predicted some of what has happened here. At the same time many of your comments consist of only possible outcomes. Yes there has been dilution but we don't know the reasoning.

When you state its being diluted for Peacock to buy new cars and or that he is going to R/S this is only opinion. Everyone has the right to their opinion. I feel differently about the matter. I think something big is brewing. GGII has new management and some good plans for future development. I believe the dilution is merly to raise funds for a merger or possibly to pay off the new management.

In my opinion GGII is looking to merge and follow suit with a name change and further plans of growth. The merger deal that was in the works is not in anyway dead as of yet. These things take time and I feel something is brewing here!

proof of dead deal? Just because it wasn't announced on the date it was said to be done by doesnt mean it didnt happen. My guess is that the dilution is nothing more than insider trading. Iv'e seen this type of play many times in my past and it almost always follows up with a breakout!
