The 4300 is a buy for sure because I know the person that bought them.
She was happy to get them cheaper than the Ask.
TEVE shares appear to be on sale this week. Come and get them while they are hot folks.
I am wondering if that ask is all for show anyways. The ask was at 23 cents and the shares were sold at 21. Now the ask is at 25 - does that mean the next buy gets them for 23? I guess you take the published ask and you minus 2 or divide by something or other and that's the real price. Maybe it IS a computer over there but it has a loose chip or something to give away shares for cheaper than the advertised price. I don't know. Nonetheless, I appreciate the cheapies for me and my friends. If we had to get them from AUTO instead of NITE it would be 30 cents a share and poor ETMM is asking 35 for his. Most OTC/Pink stocks the market makers are fractions of pennies apart on the Ask. Funny how NITE always seems to have limitless shares and at the cheapest prices and even sells them at a discount! Yippee!

I guess there was absolutely no reason for the SEC to have put out those new Short Sale regulations which went into effect on 28 Feb 2011. After having been passed in Aug 2010 (after the date of this post you found from March 2010) and then having been fought tooth and nail so the market makers were given a 6 months extension. All the market makers are completely above board and this was just overkill from the "pesky" regulators I 'spose.
From one source:
There’s 3 new laws gaining attention in the NSS market reform arena: FINRA 4320 goes into effect on 2/28/11. It mandates 13 day buy-ins for open delivery failures FINALLY applying to shares of non-reporting corporations. FINRA 2010-043, also starting on 2/28/11 reinstates the “short sale exempt” (SSE) marking requirements for trade reporting and the OATS system. Those MMs accessing the bona fide MM exemption from executing pre-borrows or “locates” before admittedly naked short sales must now FORMALLY acknowledge the accessing of that universally-abused exemption. Being that these trades are theoretically being made to “inject liquidity” then the excuse to hide the related trade data from the public’s eyes goes out the window. You can’t have it both ways and claim the bona fide MM exemption and later claim that the related trade data needs to be kept secret because it might reveal a “proprietary trading strategy”.
Truly bona fide MMs that are able to legally access that universally-abused exemption cover their naked short position on the next downtick after their short sale when buy side liquidity is in need of being ejected as share prices fall. The 3rd new rule which is in effect now states that the offers and bids that MMs post must be of approximately the same size. No longer can the offers be of 1 million shares and the offsetting bid good for the minimum 5,000 shares.
The verbiage in 4320 is especially well done as it FINALLY puts the clearing firms that aid and abet this crime wave on the spot. With the FFETF, which is made up of 25 different agencies, now on the scene the transparency has increased markedly. You can imagine how critical the lack of transparency is to a crime involving selling nonexistent securities and then refusing to ever deliver that which you sold AFTER being allowed access to the funds of the investor being defrauded.
Credit to one Dr. Jim Decosta.
Thank you for this.
Good luck to CPOW investors.

Are you seriously telling me you believe that short interest report given the fact 5 times in the last week of March the poor market maker couldn't come up with a few thousand shares?
I wonder what April will look like. Actually I know already, I'm just waiting for the report.
I Box updates have been done.
The gbenow.com website is gone.
CEO CPOW confirmed they are doing work on a new CPOW website, and as part of this the gbenow.com website was taken down.
TEVE a BUY at barchart.com.

I would agree with Gary and to this, I will add something that might help TelVue investors realize the value of persistance.

As a reminder to all, the markets are closed tomorrow in observance of Good Friday.
TEVE. Up 66+ % today.
Okay I got an email reply from the CEO. He is leaving for China on the 22nd, a few days before he is supposed to speak.
He has to get back to me on the share structure after he gets with the Transfer Agent.
I guess what we are all wondering is if there will be news of the Chongquin Grain Group deal before or AT the Conference.
I am sorry to hear that and I will pass along that observation to the IR Department at TelVue.
If this were only about just the company I would be quite concerned. In our case here, there is another factor in play. That is the short squeeze.
Some here understand that very well and some do not. When people are talking about shareprice, financials, etc. what they are missing is that years ago, NITE placed a bet that this company would fail. Having shorted the shares and shorted them and shorted them (go back through the Reg SHO lists) he's now in the hole. Sooner or later he has to cover or at least TRY to. He will never get my shares and he won't get those of several others and particularly the 38M shares held by the Chairman of TelVue's board. Why would we ever sell them for 15 cents apiece? Listen I am so broke I don't know what to do most weeks but I would never cash out of this stock for pennies.
When you ask yourself the question how does a shorter cover shares when they will never be sold back to him, you have the answer as to why we are still here. How much will he have to pay to get each share back? I guess that depends on when I feel the price is right (when we are talking about my shares). Since he's been behaving exceptionally badly by selling shares at bid and trying to make it look like a collapse to shake the trees, I am less and less inclined to be reasonable about that figure. Dude, seriously who thought up this strategy - a 12 year old? I put in an order for shares at Ask and I get them at bid so he can report it as a sell? With a spread of something like 10 cents most days?
How dumb does he think I am?
Folks either get it or they don't. If they don't get it they will never understand this board and what we say here will always look like Greek.
There are a few hundred boards where people talk about shareprice and financials and conferences and trade shows. You are welcome to bring these things here but realize some of us will greet all that with a yawn. It's a small company but a good one and they just keep plugging away and everything will be just fine IMHO.
Good luck to you and to all.
I will be here too.
A lower ask means only one thing to me and that is cheaper shares for me and other people I have been telling about this stock.
The tree shaking can only go on so long. Those holding - which will be most of us - will see the fruits of this short squeeze.
Today gives a few more of my friends a way to get into this stock cheaper.
It's a funny thing to look at a stock and feel fairly cheerful even when it is down. Yeah, it worked for about 2-3 hours today, NITE. I felt a little disappointed, I'll admit it. I'm human. I am not sure what you are. There's a lot going on, work sucks, etc. But the thought never crossed my mind to sell. So pull your tricks. You might tick someone off for a little while but you're not going to get their shares. I think it's time you realized you should start covering. And not at 15 cents. That's right - COVERING - I said it. You are short. Very short. It's no secret. You might want to think about who else knows you are short.
The oddity here with TEVE is when the stock is down you can buy more of it cheaper and when it is up we just smile and keep holding. Did you hear that? We are holding. Not selling. Good luck getting people to sell. Even when this stock was at 49 cents we knew that was not enough.
How much will you pay for something you cannot get Mr. Market Maker? Would you like to start paying now or later when folks are less and less likely to feel any sympathy for you and your "friends"? I used to have a figure in mind that I might consider selling at but after today, forget it.
TEVE. Read from post 2993 forward for one of the most interesting stories ever.
He will just short them as usual.
TEVE. at bottom?
I was just informed that TelVue was at the National Association of Broadcasters show in Las Vegas last week. The show was attended by over 90,000 people and industry professionals.

I have no money and yet I always buy the extended warranty on any product from Best Buy or wherever. Why not? With my last laptop it paid for 2 battery replacements and another covered repair. What is it usually - $59 or something for an extended warranty and service plan? I gave the laptop to my dad when I got a new one - it's still running. A couple of months ago I spent money I didn't have to buy a new flat screen. Samsung is the best I was told. That thing lasted 2 days and imploded in on itself. Does that mean every Samsung TV is a piece of junk? No, it's called life - things happen. I sort of don't get the point. Extended warranty does not = bad product. All equipment especially when in heavy use has a certain depreciation. By this logic I should not bother to pay my outrageous monthly health care premium because doing so assumes I am unhealthy. No - it's just there if I need it and if I am willing to have that security. I say great on them for developing their business in that area. They should get some help in the sales and marketing departments to develop the other areas too. Next 10Q is by 15 May.
Okay, thanks. It's going to take me awhile to read through all that but I will do so.
Anyone know if Mike Shenher has left for China yet?
The BioEnergy conference is any day now I believe.
I cannot find what you are referring to at that link. Is it in one of the SEC filings?
It can be hard for people that work all day for too little money and are barely surviving to fathom the sums of money that a company like NITE or AUTO deal with.
As the recent financial collapse proved, you can get away with anything if you have enough money. For all of the criminal crap that went on on Wall Street, only one major player was brought to justice (Madoff) and this was really ONLY because his investors got mad and forced action to happen. He pissed off the wrong people.
The sad truth is that one cannot wait for the "powers that be" (more like the "powers that were") to act.
If anyone has experienced having their hard earned money taken from them by a system which is really set up to do just exactly that, then this is the place to be. Buy a little or buy a lot.
This is a short squeeze and right here and right now, it's the investors that are in charge.
A friend got 1822 shares at .22. The trade is showing at 4822. Looks like NITE picked up 3000 to cover.
Thank you for calling this to our attention.
TEVE. Looks like NITE is offering shares at a discount. Stock is trading at 34 cents but you can buy some for 30 cents each.
Thanks for posting this.

I welcome your opinion. I will catch up on some of your postings on some of the other boards. You seem like you have a lot of wisdom to offer from your trading experiences, just glancing over your profile. Always welcome to new ideas and learning new things here. There's nothing more boring than a board where everyone agrees.
With this one (TEVE) I say we win in the end. I can wait but I am not sure I will have to. We should have financials for last year sometime today. And in about 30 or so days more we will have the 10Q for the 1st Quarter 2011. The company is building a media empire and just plugging away at it.
If nothing else, keep us on your watchlist and pop by from time to time.

Just to be clear Gerry Lenfest is not the CEO. He's the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TelVue. And a billionaire. What need does HE have to sell 38 million shares of a 48 million float for pocket change? He sold his first company for 6 billion to Comcast. Some of us think history could repeat itself. There will not be any dilution with TelVue.
You are right there are plenty of other stocks out there. I suck at flipping stock. And I don't have enough money to do a good job on a flip anyways. So I find companies that I think will expand and I put my pennies there. God bless anyone that can do a good flip. I am content to hold my golden TelVue shares until they mature. Used to be people invested long term in companies and helped them grow and that's how America was built. More by inventors, entrepeneurs, corporations and small businesses and their investors than that mockery of what the Founding Fathers intended to be our government.
NITE and some of these other market makers make money by betting AGAINST companies. Who cares about the jobs that are lost and the progress stopped as long as they have money in their Cayman Island accounts.
We're good over here.

Some people remember the small past deeds or failures to do something with considerable guilt. The time you argued with a loved one and now they are gone. The time you failed to stand up for a co-worker. Most people have a lifetime of these small acts/failures to act and over time they can be quite vexing. The person at NITE responsible for the day to day trading of TelVue and his superiors that know what are going on are so buried in bad deeds they can no longer feel remorse for what they have done to investors and small companies. The only thing that motivates them is the almighty dollar - how much will they make and how much could they lose. To that degree they have become something we are not. The basis of almost every conflict is DIFFERENCE. The enemy is something different and therefore there is justification for fighting them. We didn't start this conflict but we are going to end it. It is strange that this battle requires mostly INACTION. In our case, all we need do is hold onto our shares. The only way our opponent wins is to get people to sell him shares so he can start to cover. If we don't do that, he may get increasingly desperate but he has still lost. The shorting has gone on too long and this company is not going anywhere. Sometime today we're going to have TelVue financials and this we know to be true. What exactly our opponent does today will be less interesting and meaningful if we remember it to shall come to pass. But TelVue will still be there. A good American company, with good products and services, good customers and a billionaire financier whose charitable works are known far and wide. I for one am more interested in the annual report than in what NITE cares to do today. Today is just another day closer to a brighter future for TelVue and its investors.
TEVE. Financials due tomorrow. Short squeeze in progress.
TEVE. Financials due tomorrow. Stock trading in a new range last few weeks.

Wow 27 seconds til the close and someone just had to part with their shares. Not. This is so obvious. The squeeze is on and NITE is desperate.
