I am sorry to hear that and I will pass along that observation to the IR Department at TelVue.
If this were only about just the company I would be quite concerned. In our case here, there is another factor in play. That is the short squeeze.
Some here understand that very well and some do not. When people are talking about shareprice, financials, etc. what they are missing is that years ago, NITE placed a bet that this company would fail. Having shorted the shares and shorted them and shorted them (go back through the Reg SHO lists) he's now in the hole. Sooner or later he has to cover or at least TRY to. He will never get my shares and he won't get those of several others and particularly the 38M shares held by the Chairman of TelVue's board. Why would we ever sell them for 15 cents apiece? Listen I am so broke I don't know what to do most weeks but I would never cash out of this stock for pennies.
When you ask yourself the question how does a shorter cover shares when they will never be sold back to him, you have the answer as to why we are still here. How much will he have to pay to get each share back? I guess that depends on when I feel the price is right (when we are talking about my shares). Since he's been behaving exceptionally badly by selling shares at bid and trying to make it look like a collapse to shake the trees, I am less and less inclined to be reasonable about that figure. Dude, seriously who thought up this strategy - a 12 year old? I put in an order for shares at Ask and I get them at bid so he can report it as a sell? With a spread of something like 10 cents most days?
How dumb does he think I am?
Folks either get it or they don't. If they don't get it they will never understand this board and what we say here will always look like Greek.
There are a few hundred boards where people talk about shareprice and financials and conferences and trade shows. You are welcome to bring these things here but realize some of us will greet all that with a yawn. It's a small company but a good one and they just keep plugging away and everything will be just fine IMHO.
Good luck to you and to all.
