Good to see this volume. Looks like next buys take it over 14.
Despite OPINION this is a real company with a real board, headed by one of the most wealthy philantropists in the US. So yeah.
Gibberish. This company doesn't rely of sales of shares to operate and never has. Two words. Angel investor. All else is FUD.
I got a headache reading this. The arguments are more and more absurd. Bottom line is this is a legit company. Based in the US. Award winning. Backed by one of the richest men in America and one of the biggest philanthropists there is. Why anyone would attack this company is absolutely beyond me. Meanwhile Telvue goes on, providing valuable public services and making an impact in communities. So sad some would disagree with these facts, like cartographers insisting to Columbus the world is flat. But what do I know? I'm just a simple investor and this board is stacked with professionals.
I have not lost a penny on TelVue. Name one person that has.
This is said as if it is some earthshattering news when in fact all legit shareholders voted and approved the non-reporting as a cost cutting measure. Do I care? Not at all. I get to see the financials. Because I am a legit shareholder. Go TEVE.
I told you - go through the CEO and be sure to provide all your personal information. They are VERY interested in your claims about the company.
Who exactly did u speak with at Telvue? The receptionist doesn't handle such matters. Name please. Try the CEO I'm sure he's interested in your claims about the company and might be able to help quell your doubts.
The CEO of TEVE's email is jlerman@telvue.com. You can contact the attorneys through him. Be sure to provide your personal information for reply.
Excellent advice. Too bad there is absolutely no grounds whatsoever for such a charge so this point is, without a doubt, moot.
Meanwhile Telvue continues its work providing broadcasting services and equipment for Educational, Government and Public broadcasting - being one of the few companies around that is fully American, providing goods and services here in the US for US companies and agencies. Really a shame anyone would find fault with that, but what do I know?
Again thank you for your opinion. This concern is being looked into by TEVE's legal department. Perhaps you should contact them with any relevant information. Meanwhile time to get cheapies.
Thanks for the advice. I will keep it under advisement. Meanwhile the company's (TEVE) lawyers have been sent copies of these posts so they may look into the validity of your claims. Meanwhile I am funding my account to buy more TEVE shares. Good things are on the horizon for TEVE. For once, an American company making products in America for American citizens. Proud to be a shareholder. Go TEVE.
Send along your concerns to the company's legal department. I asked them to look into it.
Meanwhile I'm saving my pennies to buy some cheapies.
No loss of confidence here.
Go TEVE.
What a great opportunity to get shares for less money. Now is your chance.
oh yes they are lining up in droves. what a joke. there is no one selling. no one.
I'm waiting on some funds to clear in my account so I can buy some.
Per any site I have seen, nothing traded today and the share price is still over 19.00 - I am not sure why TD Ameritrade is showing 17 something.
Thank you for your opinion, which is merely that and nothing else, and not an expert opinion as there is no professional designation required by IHub terms of use. This stock was trading long, long before you showed up here. And before a reverse split the stock traded at the penny level not the 20-30 dollar level it now traded at. The volume was significantly higher. Just because something does not have volume does not make it a bad investment. That is simply again an opinion and everyone has one.
Yes I am sure the rules are always followed 100% by the Market Makers and that an irregularity never, ever occurs anywhere on the OTC. You have changed my mind completely. Meanwhile TEVE goes on and will go up.
Thank you gabek. Gabej, I am not sure anyone is so desperate for $50.00 that they would part with some shares. If they are, I really pity that person's hard luck. But I would propose that in fact, this was a purchase of 5 shares for approx $100.00, only they were sold cheaper than the Ask. I say this based on my own experience. The very first shares I bought, the stock was trading at 14 cents and I got mine for 7 cents. I thought that was very charitable of Knight Capital. Oh and GO TEVE.
Thank you for your opinion. I can assure you this is a real company. Gerry Lenfest has spent a long time building this company and funding it as it's Board Chairman. But you knew that.
Ridiculous. Completely ridiculous. NO ONE sold 5 shares today. These were shares that were purchased at Bid instead of Ask. No one is going to sell 5 shares when the commission on that is almost as much as the proceeds.
Every single time I place an order at Ask I am sold shares at Bid. Happens all the time.
List for me the last 5 sells of any TEVE shares. You can't because there haven't been any in so long no one can remember. Bit of a stretch (generality, FUD) to say people want out so bad. Name a few.
Go TEVE.
How petty to suggest this isn't a real company. Having met the Executives and the Board and having seen the customer list and the financials, this is clearly a real company. But you knew that. Go TEVE.
That's a huge generality. Really.
I don't feel stuck. Let anyone who feels stuck say they are and stop trying to put words in my mouth.
Go TEVE.
Predictable. I am often sold my shares at the bid.
Personally I am thankful that I can accumulate at these lower prices. I got some a couple weeks ago and am preparing to get some more.
Yeah good luck with that. When you have the filing be sure to post a link to it here. Haha.
You are confused. Lenfest's son is being sued over a hotel deal. Has nothing to do with ETCC or TEVE and Lenfest's son has no interest at all in either company.
This is of course conjecture either way. What we do know is this:
a) American company
b) Good products
c) Actual customers
d) Patents
e) Dedicated stockholders who aren't selling.
f) Shares available at a cheap price.
Go TEVE.
We have been over this a few times, Tim. Gerry Lenfest owns 93% of the company and the other 7% is held by company executives, directors and about 200 others. What's the point?
When one can do nothing else about the inevitable one can always trash talk. Meanwhile TEVE continues to take on new partners, expand its PEG and server and cloud business and attract the attention of larger companies that may want to buy it. At which point those that weren't dissuaded by the FUD make money and those who were in the wrong side the trade get burned.
I would in my opinion say most likely if you are prepared to hold what you have as the company continues with the plans initiated at the shareholder conference. Sorry you did not make it.
So glad you could join us. Bring your friends. No one is selling here and most of buy what we can and hold for the big pay day. Right now you can get cheapies for around 17.00 a share. The company has really come along and good things are happening at TEVE.
Busy Sunday on the board. Not sure how an individual investor would know when exactly dividends will be paid. Since you have shares you should be able to get in touch with Investor Relations at Telvue and ask any questions you have. This is afterall an opinion board not an authorized website of the company.
Yes, you are so right. One of the top 25 philanthropists in the United states is all about taking shareholder money and keeping it for himself. Ridiculous. ETC and TEVE are real companies. They are providing good jobs to hard working Americans. Why go after them?
Timothy, please let's keep this civil. I am saying short or not, we have here a good company making good products and providinggood service. TEVE is an example of a legit company on the OTC. Why would anyone want to hinder its expansion with rumors of a scam?
Shareholders of TEVE have access to TEVE financials. Those that don't have shares, only opinions, don't. The company had a successful quarter and reported it to those that are concerned. Go TEVE.
Imagine my surprise at this post. Well, ETC is producing and delivering it's products. More than can be said for many other companies on the OTC.
huh?
the company turned a profit.
what results were you looking for?
