Just to be clear Gerry Lenfest is not the CEO. He's the Chairman of the Board of Directors of TelVue. And a billionaire. What need does HE have to sell 38 million shares of a 48 million float for pocket change? He sold his first company for 6 billion to Comcast. Some of us think history could repeat itself. There will not be any dilution with TelVue.
You are right there are plenty of other stocks out there. I suck at flipping stock. And I don't have enough money to do a good job on a flip anyways. So I find companies that I think will expand and I put my pennies there. God bless anyone that can do a good flip. I am content to hold my golden TelVue shares until they mature. Used to be people invested long term in companies and helped them grow and that's how America was built. More by inventors, entrepeneurs, corporations and small businesses and their investors than that mockery of what the Founding Fathers intended to be our government.
NITE and some of these other market makers make money by betting AGAINST companies. Who cares about the jobs that are lost and the progress stopped as long as they have money in their Cayman Island accounts.
