I'm gone. Like a steam locomotive rolling down the track, I'm gone, gone, and nothing's going to bring me back. I'm gone. 06/29/2023

Alice's Restaurant Massacree, Arlo Guthrie.
A must-listen at the ranch on Thanksgiving Day.
And you have no idea where I live.
You ain't seen filth or snobs til you get to rural, white America.
Oh shit, we don't need Rick Astley here!
Oh shit, I'm no Casem!
But I'm a fan of a DJ named Jim Ladd. He goes back (probably longer that us) and has played to major markets. He now has a daily show on satellite radio.
He turned me on to the Plant/Krauss album.
Hey man, enjoy Turkey Day. It's just one more day at a time, only with turkey!
We'll all break on through!

Long weekend's gonna be busy keeping all the visitors at the ranch happy & fed.
So here's a new tune from Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. I'd guess everyone knows Plant if they know Led Zeppelin but probably not Krauss. She is a star in her own right in the Bluegrass genre and has a voice like an angel (I have to admit being a closet Bluegrass fan ... the instrumental prowess and vocal harmonies knock me out). The Plant/Krauss collaboration is a nice surprise to me, the album is just being released.
Here's "Can't Let Go" from that album, followed by Krauss singing "So Long, So Wrong" (Bluegrass) so you can really hear her vocal chops.
Our team had great ZOOM meeting with Wenyan Qin and his team. Due to NDA signed by both parties, we cannot release more Information.
Trump has been living rent free in your head for almost 5 years. Is there room for Rittenhouse in there too?
I do not answer hypotheticals.
All the 5 coin/day faucets are dry, save one. We have to make hay while the sun shines.
Dilution is Xu's raison d'être. Nothing else in ticker after ticker.
My advice: Get a Mac.
If Intel doesn't get their act together, they won't survive.
Eventually we all know that light controlling light (third order) is the future.
Damn, you make the Birchers look sane!
That means our brains will be able to connect directly to the cloud, where there will be thousands of computers, and those computers will augment our existing intelligence. He said the brain will connect via nanobots -- tiny robots made from DNA strands.
Lightwaves polymer does not require silicon as a substrate to work
Fine. Show me the characteristics of a polymer (any polymer you want to choose) which would allow it to replace a semiconductor substrate material functionally.
Even Lebby touts his own polymer as an additive to silicon, not a replacement.
I will be waiting for your reply. Take your time.
Silicone wafers are eliminated and polymer becomes the new substrate ..
Sorry I missed you Saturday, the ranch is full of visitors.
Bruce Springsteen has a new album out. I caught a cut from it tonight. I've got to digest the lyrics but it might be one of his best! I'll go study.
Good for you. It is your choice.
I do own firearms and I would never use them to kill another human.
basically invalid
You people Disgust me
Wave Systems is gone. It's not taking a nap. It is demised.
It is their site so my opinion isn't worth much, I imagine.
But if it was me (and I had the infrastructure and money to do it), I would revamp the site and recruit a group of beta testers using all the common browsers. Shake it down and make changes in beta, then roll it out to everyone.
Perhaps they have neither infrastructure nor money to do that, I don't know.
we've never done "build a new site then switch to it all at once." That's not how we roll.
Intel sought after Enzolytics
And you so graciously post proof of my assertion. Thanks for the support!
Acting like a prick does not make you right. It just makes you look stupid.
Actually, the First Amendment says nothing about what an individual can or cannot do vis a vis religion, it only addresses what the government cannot do.
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Many of your fellow Canadian citizens prefer French.
I suggest you also give it a try since you still fuck up English, even when corrected with a cited reference.

The plural of the word "premise" is perfectly acceptable in English as proposition of a syllogism, from which the conclusion is drawn.
premises
Definitions
noun logic Plural form of premise.

I was writing in English, not Latin. I did study Latin all 4 years in high school, though. Latin's only real benefit over the years has been knowledge of latin root words when learning other languages and occasionally in law and medicine.
But you still need to check your premises, barring another logical cul-de-sac from you.
But you can see why it appears to him that you are singing from the same hymn book as the sovereign citizens, right?
My post is perfectly rational. Perhaps you should check your premises.
Sorry but I have no idea what you are referencing.
You , correct me if I'm wrong, appear to be donning the helmet of Sovereign Citizen?
Input on the new format, for what it's worth.
I have held off commenting on the new format to see if I could get used to it, but the new look has now migrated to views of replies to posts so I have had a good dose of it.
The contrast between text and background is much less than before and the text is smaller. This is a step in the wrong direction, IMO.
And my eyesight is better than it has been for most of my life since I had cataract surgery on both eyes this year. I can't imagine how tough this would be for someone with any kind of vision problems.
My 2¢.
big pharma paid lobbyists have caused the government to stick their thumbs up their ass and not regulate brand drugs but strangle generic. Big pharma has also been working hard for years to monopolize the generic sector as well and consistently lobby for higher generic prices.
If government would take it's finger off the scale of the pharmaceutical industry, your asthma medication price wouldn't be an issue. Oh wait, you are an Australian. Never mind.
Don't ever, as an avowed collectivist, question how "Objectivist" I am. I am not a fool. And I do not suffer fools gladly.
