It is their site so my opinion isn't worth much, I imagine.

But if it was me (and I had the infrastructure and money to do it), I would revamp the site and recruit a group of beta testers using all the common browsers. Shake it down and make changes in beta, then roll it out to everyone.

Perhaps they have neither infrastructure nor money to do that, I don't know.
