MACD,RSI,MFI,DMI looked to upswing in an oversold Lehman before they filed for chapter 11.

A waste of time it would be if I were to argue and address each and every indicator. But I will reference one - on the daily chart (refer to the ibox). CMF = Chaikin Money Flow. The price (assume) is in a downtrend channel, whilst CMF continues to suggest bullish activity is taking place. When an indicator and price disagree in a strong manner (strong correlation), the situation is referred to as "positive divergence". This indicator is considered to be "leading" that is -- suggesting what will occur in the future or coming term. Since we are dealing with daily intervals, it can be assumed that we are forecasting near term.

Does it make sense that a company with a market cap of 2 million is about to sign a deal for 300 million.

$0.07 x 62M O/S = $4.34M market cap...

The project could be worth $500,000,000 for all know. WLSA's stake, which is more than likely some ~20% of the project will suffice for very significant value, imho.

(Assume $300M x 0.2% = $60M...)

We, as investors, are restricted in our knowledge of what is truly occurring within an organization. However, we can relate one organization to another, assuming both conduct similar business. In this manner we are able to eliminate undesirable investment ideas, and isolate few the market unjustly overlooked. With the doubtful small banks, solvency is the key. The cash to debt ratio, that is, do the books suggest this bank will survive this economic environment? With a $9M market cap and $45M in cash, Dearborn Bancorp may just do that.

Some releases he discussed pertaining to Port Hope included a "land deal" and agreement(s) with influential partners. In simpler words those announcements would insist on the permits needed to start the project and give the project even greater credibility, based on the parties involved.

It may be attributed to a collective market reaction to a highly anticipated September that did not contain all of the events that were expected. Market Psychology plays a significant role, I believe.

John was relieved that the Sasktel case was taken care of, specifically because it would allow the company to move forward towards long-anticipated opportunities in the renewable energy field.

You see, it's easy to lie -- it's the cornerstone of iHUB's forums. People wander in on stocks like SPNG and use crafted words to see what people are thinking, doing, and other actions associated with forums. Since most people are keenly aware of such things, I will make outlandish statements (like being rich, in RME, owning a french fry factory, all sorts of junk) as to gauge the forum. In that way I can serve those who are serious about learning, want to chat about SPNG, and contribute info to the iBOX. In short, it's a weeding out process to see "who's who".

Now -- this has a complex implication. I have lied to all of you at one time or another to "gauge" you; just as described as above. From such lies I have learned who to trust, who to form friendships, who to be wary of, and other details along the same lines of thought. In fact, I even lied about FINRA's approval of the RS IN FORUM on a SUNDAY to see who fell along a respective party line. That's apparent now and people can see the divisions generated by such lying.

Do I ever tell the truth? Sure, when suitable. Do I regret having to play such infantile games and spread lies in forum? Sure. But, hey, this is a forum and nothing here is to be trusted or considered sacred. The only viable part of this entire forum is the iBOX -- of which I attempt (with others) to document SPNG in a somewhat engaging and visual way. So, if you value anything in this forum, then value the iBOX.

Now you may be wondering if I lied to you. The answer is "yes". I've lied to your face on certain occasions. Now for that, eh, I don't enjoy doing nor take pleasure in it. But as you see, it casts light upon the forum for all to see.

Nonetheless, I am being genuine in being a moderator. I truly do believe the moderator position on such a busy/crazy/insane stock is an honor and enjoyable. I like bringing all the info together in one spot -- it's a creative exercise people can rally around and FINALLY enjoy iHUB.

Why am I telling you now? Eh, it's the proper time. Take everything you hear w/ a grain of salt. (Wadi does a good job of this.) Be very aware who you're chatting with. Pay attention to "who's who". If you can, you will be successful in a stock like SPNG or any other stock w/ an iHUB forum.

And above all, TRUST NO ONE.

There's a difference between audited financials in casual conversation and audited financials referenced in a press release. Most have come to realize that Simmonds is very conservative in his official line of communication.

In addition, it will allow Wireless Age to take its first steps to bring its SEC reporting back up to date and migrate to a more senior listing."

Remember that prior to a change in business direction, WLSA was a reporting company listed under WLSA.ob. This is the first time press suggests Simmonds will release financials and reapply for listing on the bulletin board.

September 22nd, 2009: American Lorain Signs Contracts With Two Popular Chain Restaurants in China.

JUNAN COUNTY, China, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- American Lorain Corporation (NYSE AMEX: ALN) ("American Lorain" or the "Company"), an international processed foods company based in Shandong Province, People's Republic of China ("PRC"), today announced that it has started cooperating with KUNGFU Catering Management Co., Ltd. ("KUNGFU") and CSC Catering Management Co., Ltd. ("CSC").

Under the cooperation agreement with KUNGFU, American Lorain will distribute beef products, mixed vegetables, and frozen chestnut kernels for a total sales value of up to RMB 14.4 million (approximately $2.1 million) to be delivered throughout 2010. The Company has already begun supplying CSC with frozen vegetables and chestnuts and is currently in negotiations with CSC headquarters to determine the distribution of more products. The Company estimates that the increased cooperation with CSC may add approximately RMB 60.0 million (approximately $8.8 million) in revenue for fiscal year 2010.

These cooperation agreements are part of American Lorain's strategy to strengthen domestic sales channels through shifting sales to agents and entering into new market places like large- to mid-sized restaurant chains. In 2008, the Company signed a distribution contract with Yum! Brands China Division to provide frozen, canned and bulk food products for its restaurants. With the global economy heating up again (perhaps literally), the energy sector has dramatically outperformed off the March lows. Although crude prices have fallen sharply in recent days, alternative plays continue to attract attention.
But investors would be better off avoiding the pure wind and solar names and focus on "backdoor" beneficiaries of the push to a so-called smart grid, says Kent Croft, founder of Croft-Leominster, a Baltimore-based management firm with about $650 million in assets.

For example, General Cable is one of the largest holdings in the Croft Value fund, which is up more-than 30% this year and one of the top performers in its category in the 3- 5- and 10-year timeframes, according to Morningstar.

As one of the largest providers of transmission cable in the U.S., General Cable is poised to benefit from any improvements to the electric grid, be they from alternative or traditional power sources, Croft says. The firm is also exposed to growth in global utilities and attractively valued with a forward P/E of 12.5, he says.

Right, relative to the participating stake Wireless Age would have in Conn. their revenue could embody $30,000,000+ at as little as 10% interest, assuming the project is worth no more than $300,000,000. For the past while I have been under the impression that it would yield the company several times the amount Port Hope is projected to, therefore $2,000,000X in net income.

It may seem convenient to tie the market action to the increase in shares issued and outstanding, however, their purpose may serve in lieu of compensation towards the new IR John hired a few weeks back. We cannot be certain, but more likely than not, if that were the case, those shares would be restricted.

Unless you are suggesting that Simmonds and I are adjoined at the hip, I wouldn't know any more than was passed onto me. Judging by the pace at which things seem to be moving, I would not be surprised to know that some brokers are interested but will await the Connecticut deal to close before investing any capital. The current environment has inhabited an air of speculation. This could very well be the pivoting point, I'm willing to wait it out.
