Wireless Age settled $8.3M in debt. From a balance sheet perspective, anything less debt (liabilities) is an increase to shareholder's equity.

An increase in shareholder's equity is an increase in shareholder value (book value).

Note: Shareholder's equity is used to derive book value per common share.
