It may be attributed to a collective market reaction to a highly anticipated September that did not contain all of the events that were expected. Market Psychology plays a significant role, I believe.

John was relieved that the Sasktel case was taken care of, specifically because it would allow the company to move forward towards long-anticipated opportunities in the renewable energy field.
