Tengion (TNGN): Why We're Simply Worth More

A common stock offering is when a company issues new common stock. For instance, Company ABC had 100 shares issued and outstanding but is offering 10 additional shares. Therefore, after the offering there will be 110 shares O/S. The offering price is reflective of the value of the newly issued shares (always at a discount to the market price). Common stock offerings is the basic way a company raises capital.
The issues that were raised, as far as I understood from reading them, were quite subjective. As an investor you are responsible for doing your own research and investigating into such causes. The shift in perspective was largely due to that fact that many investors hadn't done their own research and simply went by others' word (i.e. analysis, opinion, etc.).
There were more than a few that really took to the resources available to disprove allegations. Some are still hesitant to invest, or reinvest, for that matter, which is what is insisting on volatility in the market.
And your comparison to RINO borders on the idea of fallacy of composition. It's important to treat CCME and RINO separately and not assume any sort of relationship between the two cases exists.
CCME: A Shift in Perception, Not Fundamentals
Is the change in valuation due to a change in intrinsic value or a change in perception?

Very nice news here...it will be interesting to see how investors value this company approaching Q2.
Wow. No words...
I'm of a similar opinion on CLDA

Short Squeeze Candidate: CLDA
18.7M float, 21.7% short. FDA approved their anti-depressant drug on Friday, afterhours. Here's why there could be a shortsqueeze on Monday: http://seekingalpha.com/article/247985-do-the-clinical-data-shorts-have-it-right?
Really? So I suppose the following review is "fake" as well?
Ultimately those who subscribe to my premium service end up very satisfied with the value they get for their money. Yeah, so you couldn't possibly "know".

If you notice, the CFO sold shares into the market, thereby diluting the PPS. Here's what you wrote:
It's pronounced E-D-W-A-R-D. And I'm fine. The only people doing even better are my premium subscribers at http://timelesswealth.net
Happy New Year to one and to all.
Yours,

Eh whatever works.
I thought about that one...
If you had to list your top 3-5 plays as of today what would they be?
Good one bud.

They have some great forward looking events in the pipeline...
Would you kindly expand on that? I've glance at it but would love to hear your take nonetheless.
Appears realistic. AH shares up slightly to $2.79.
Unless tomorrow proves otherwise I think it is too late for me to get in on that one. But the chart sure is puurty
Nah. Closed near HOD ~ bullish
Agreed. $3 appears attainable short-term: http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=astm
I glanced through that...felt that it was time to head back up since the offering is what caused the price to tumble two or so weeks ago. Notice that's from the 15th...
Well, I wrote about one on Sunday: http://timelesswealth.net/pennystocksblog/xoma-ltd-raw-uncut-and-unrated/
SeekingAlpha published it yesterday (in the early morning, I believe): http://seekingalpha.com/article/243659-xoma-not-encouraged-by-all-the-hoopla
Looks a little topped out at the moment don't ya think?
Augusta, I think we've broken out some time ago. Been twittering ASTM all day now - this latest action should propell it forward tomorrow as well.
I'd noticed that. I'm also keenly aware of how well small cap chinas tend to perform once they uplist from the otcbb...at least that's been my experience.
Agreed.

Thank goodness. I thought I might have to go all the way to Vegas to get 'em
Let's just say it happens to be my largest OTC holding.
The first entry may have been a little rushed, in any event, my stop was triggered as the market broke to the downside (limiting losses). I reentered at a lower price. Historicaly the stock tends to rebound the very next day after a significant pullback (like the one seen today).
