The connection between WLSA and plasma gasification was made months back upon WLSA announcing the acquisition of Sunbay Energy Corp: http://www.sunbayenergy.com/about_us_projects_port_hope.php

No official documentation has binded WLSA to any project in Connecticut, however, that is what the market awaits.
