( MBAY ). For a complete list of companies on the naked short list please visit our web site. To find the SqueezeTrigger Price before a short squeeze starts in any stock, go to www.buyins.net.

About BUYINS.NET
WWW.BUYINS.NET is a service designed to help bonafide shareholders of publicly traded US companies fight naked short selling. Naked short selling is the illegal act of short selling a stock when no affirmative determination has been made to locate shares of the stock to hypothecate in connection with the short sale. Buyins.net has built a proprietary database that uses Threshold list feeds from NASDAQ, AMEX and NYSE to generate detailed and useful information to combat the naked short selling problem. For the first time, actual trade by trade data is available to the public that shows the attempted size, actual size, price and average value of short sales in stocks that have been shorted and naked shorted. This information is valuable in determining the precise point at which short sellers go out-of-the-money and start losing on their short and naked short trades.
BUYINS.NET has built a massive database that collects, analyzes and publishes a proprietary SqueezeTrigger for each stock that has been shorted, www.buyins.net/squeezetrigger.pdf. The SqueezeTrigger database of nearly 1,250,000,000 short sale transactions goes back to January 1, 2005, and calculates the exact price at which the Total Short Interest is short in each stock. This data was never before available prior to January 1, 2005, because the Self Regulatory Organizations (primary exchanges) guarded it aggressively. After the SEC passed Regulation SHO, exchanges were forced to allow data processors like Buyins.net to access the data.
The SqueezeTrigger database collects individual short trade data on over 7,000 NYSE, AMEX and NASDAQ stocks and general short trade data on nearly 8,000 OTCBB and PINKSHEET stocks. Each month the database grows by approximately 50,000,000 short sale transactions and provides investors with the knowledge necessary to time when to buy and sell stocks with outstanding short positions. By tracking the size and price of each month's short transactions, BUYINS.NET provides institutions, traders, analysts, journalists and individual investors the exact price point where short sellers start losing money.

Today's Current Status:
I'm an independent investor just like you. I've decided to become the new moderator because the board was abandoned. It's my purpose to gain a full understanding of Mediabay's business intentions. Are they going out of business or are they on the rebound? That is my focus and will post the answers as they become known. Hopefully, I will know by the end of the year whether I will stay or go. Don't have anything further to say right now. So if anyone is still around and has additional information, please don't be shy, I'd like to hear your viewpoint.
Instead of selling at a loss just to wipe the slate clean, I've decided to determine what if anything is being done to turn Mediabay around. It appears the naked shorties have had a field day with Mediabay. Maybe nothing can be done to reverse the damages. I don't know if the company will rebound or not? As an investor, I will be here monitoring the companies activities until I find some answers.
If anybody knows anything or wants to assist, please do not hesitate to join the board.
This is the current status as of the end of market close on Friday, April 13, 2007.

Anyone Still Left?
Anybody still holding ATUX?
Has she bottomed out?
Is it time for her to fly?
It's time to bounce.
Is She Dead or Alive?
Or
Just Sleeping?
I bought her because I was impressed. She looked great,
But turned out to be no better than a one night stand.
I'm going to ask [Admin Matt] about becoming the moderator,
Just to figure out what's going on.
What do you think or know about this one?
Do you want to put some time into it to figure out what's up?
Looks Like She's Finally Bottomed:
For a while, I didn't think she had a bottom.
But now, I think she's bounced.
The shorties tried to kill the stock.
I'm bett'en she'll come back to life, now that the damage has been done.
For me, this is about as good as it gets.
I'm averaging down & gett'en back in the ballgame.
Go'en long and holding strong.
Thought I'd Stop By & Take a Look:
GB, I didn't expect to find you and NYBob as the moderators.
What a Nice Surprise and a Very nice looking board at that!
I'll be watching this one from here on out.
It's time for this baby to fly.

MAP of AUSTIN CHALK ZONE OIL FIELDS:
This post relates back to posts #27, #28 and #29.
The following map shows the approximate location where the drilling leases are located outside Giddings Texas in the Giddings Oil Field.
There's only 77 million outstanding shares. The leases are located in the Austin Chalk Zone on a 928 acre property in the heavily producing oil fields of Giddings, Lee County, Texas. Drilling operations are located on the Edgmon-Cameron land. As I understand, ATEX plans on re-entering existing wells. This lowers the initial cost of drilling operations. ATEX believes this to be a commercially viable oil production operation and expects work to occur over the next several years. Their plan is to have multiple wells with a projected annual income is in the neighborhood of $ 80 million when the site is fully developed.
MAP of AUSTIN CHALK ZONE OIL FIELDS – (Giddings Oil Field)
AmTex reported it had acquired a working interest in the Beeson #2, a producing well located in the Giddings field of the Austin Chalk in South Central Texas. Management reported that its Beeson #2 well has been producing steadily at rates as high as 18 barrels of oil and 18 MCF of gas per day.
The Giddings Field was first discovered around 1930 and has been responsible for the cumulative production of more than 380 million barrels of oil and 2.1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas. Most of this production was undertaken with antiquated vertical drilling techniques, leaving a huge amount of oil and gas reserves un-recoverable in the ground. Engineering estimates suggest there is over 1 billion in oil and gas reserves waiting to be recovered.

Laguna Niguel, CA, Am-Tex Oil & Gas, Inc. (OTC:AMTX.PK) In December 2004 the Company announced that it had acquired a working interest in the Beeson #2, a producing well located in the Giddings field of the Austin Chalk in South Central Texas. Management reports that its Beeson #2 well has been producing steadily at rates as high as 18 barrels of oil and 18 MCF of gas per day. The operator is anticipating the drilling of an additional, lower lateral in the near future, which will substantially increase the well’s production rate. Management intends to provide its shareholders with full details concerning these proposed improvements as soon as the information is available.

The Pierces also arranged for training for Gardner’s classroom teacher so that she would understand the problem of dyslexia and how to help students with the learning disability...Kaderabek prefers not to label dyslexia as a learning disability, but rather as a child’s “unique learning style.” Someone who is dyslexic has difficulty with letters and words, reversing letters such as “d” or “b” or juggling letters in a word to turn “was” into “saw” or “left” into “felt.”...

Brain Gym:
There's a new way of learning I heard about yesterday. Its for all ages.
This information interested me because it wasn't around 30 years ago.
IMO, young people can use all the help they can get.
If there's a better way to learn, then I'm all for it!

This is what caught my eye under Q & A:
http://www.braingym.org/faq.html
• Can BRAIN GYM help with special needs, such as Attention Deficit Disorder, hyperactivity, brain damage, or similar challenges?
• What ages can use BRAIN GYM?
• Does it work for anybody?
• What about seniors?
• What about preschoolers?
• Can BRAIN GYM affect health or alleviate stress?
Here's one of the people who helped figure it out.

Old Movie - Pay It Forward:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0223897/
Snippet:
A school social studies assignment leads to social changes that spread from city-to-city. Assigned to come up with some idea that will improve mankind, a young boy (Haley Joel Osment) decides that if he can do three good deeds for someone and they in turn can "pay it forward" and so forth, positive changes can occur. Basically, if someone does something good for you, then you do something good for someone else.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pay_it_forward
OK, that’s the concept, but what IF:
• We kept doing it every day?
• Could it change our dynamics and how we feel?
• Would it make us feel happier?
• What if we did at least one good deed per day no matter how little or big for the rest of our lives?
Try it and see what happens. Doing one good deed per day for the rest of our lives is bound to have a positive effect on the we think.
Observation:
In watching people, you'll notice there are givers and there are takers. The givers are always giving. The taker’s are always taking and seldom do anything else. What would it take to reach a happy median? There are plenty of lessons to be learned here, if we just played with it. Maybe, this type of action would make our neighborhoods a better place to live.
