Brain Gym:

There's a new way of learning I heard about yesterday. Its for all ages.
This information interested me because it wasn't around 30 years ago.
IMO, young people can use all the help they can get.
If there's a better way to learn, then I'm all for it!

This is what caught my eye under Q & A:
http://www.braingym.org/faq.html
• Can BRAIN GYM help with special needs, such as Attention Deficit Disorder, hyperactivity, brain damage, or similar challenges?
• What ages can use BRAIN GYM?
• Does it work for anybody?
• What about seniors?
• What about preschoolers?
• Can BRAIN GYM affect health or alleviate stress?

Here's one of the people who helped figure it out.
