Nice! A bright spot on a dull day. Can we come up with any projections for future earnings for BDEV?
When nothing we have done so far has worked to increase share prices we can always r/s the stock. That way we can continue to do dump a new bunch of shareholders into the toilet while we try to figure out how to make money.
They should be illegal!
ILVC .02 update (I own a few and now I remember why)
Intelligent Living Highlights Key Milestones and Provides CorporateUpdate
Oct 17, 2010 21:40:58 (ET)
VANCOUVER, BC, Oct 17, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- The management and Board of ("ILVC"), (ILVC, Trade ), a leading automation and technology solutions provider utilizing green building practices, are pleased to provide this corporate update focusing on key milestones accomplished through the period May 2008 to date. Highlights include:

comparable recession period ended August 31, 2008.
-- 90% reduction in costs associated with discontinued operations

-- 2010 year-to-date completion of 11 new construction home automation
and energy management systems in projects ranging from high rise
penthouse suites, multi-residence retirement community, high end 5000+
square foot homes to small footprint infill housing which forms part

-- Execution of a Confidentiality and Non-disclosure Agreement with
Bridgepoint Group for small scale bio-energy projects in the Greater
Toronto region
-- Execution of a Letter of Intent with NAICST to explore opportunities
for providing First Nations housing.
And still is I believe. So no matter how cheap the common looks without votes the lenders (insiders) can do anything they wish. Its pretty clear based on the past they could give a fig about common owners interests.
They have pretty well burnt that bridge but I follow Slash's posts as he is close to what's happening and this corpse lies in my deadhead portfolio.
Just IMO.
Vote-less shareholders have also pumped tens of millions into this company since the old high is an adjusted $1500 per share in 2002/3. There maybe a shortage of corn and bullish forecast for ethanol producers but there is no shortage of GERS stock.
In fact its virtually flooding the market. Just since the last 1/10 r/s in August I compute well over a billion new shares have been sold between .0012 and .0002. Considering there should have only been around 2 billion shares left after the r/s. That's 50% dilution.Do the math, that's also half million $ in less than 3 months.
Prospective investors should ask WHAT exactly did all those million buy? In other words WHAT exactly does GERS own and how will they repay the 25 million $ they still owe the lenders we suspect keep dumping common to pay the interest.
Just my opinion and my numbers could be completely wrong as I rely on Etrade's data.
BDEV looking better. We need more details about their tours and locations.
Anyone figure out WHY these guys were entitled to wts after the loan was paid off?
How did you arrive at that figure?
Ref: BDEV, great you found those links. Looks like a full service travel business.
What happened to JBII that caused it to drop? You still seem to believe in it.
Interesting company, good call!
SSP Your MGQG .025 mention doing pretty good today at .25!
Unbelievable! Neat link!!
2 mil volume today? "One of these days!"
No problem Buzz, just would not surprise me if these two individuals (funds) tossed this law suit into the fray just to cover shorts or get cheap shares. These guys go way back with LBSR even before their last r/s in sept 09.
If anything we have to wonder what LBSR was thinking getting into bed with these dudes.
Gee 2 new guys talking to each other about a LBSR "rumor". Welcome to IHUB where you can post just about anything. I can't start rumors but I will ask a question:
What legal right do these two birds have to receive any warrants? They (I believe) were the "investors" who piped this stock into near oblivion. They got paid off.. that should be the end of story.
Thanks
LBSR .085 half price sale underway due to 8K which etrade doesn't show yet. No opinion but bought back 12% of my original position. When it was over $1 years before there were about 50 mil shares o/s, so the mkt cap was about $50 mil. When we were buying into it sub penny the mkt cap was down to 1.2 mil.
Last 2 days at near .20 it was nearer 100 mil. Mkt caps never fail to assess risk and opportunities.
Ipad vs laptop? I need a new portable laptop type computer that also allows me to upload pictures and edit my web pages. IPad has some nice features but I am not sure its multitasking.
Moondoggy, Your June 3/4 LBSR post made my year. Thanks
LBSR continued strength could be explained by following article highlighting recent transactions to invest idle cash to increase mineral reserves:
http://www.minyanville.com/businessmarkets/articles/junior-gold-miners-invest-in-gold/8/27/2010/id/29840?camp=syndication&medium=portals&from=yahoo
The results showed that the most popular search keyword all across Asia in the period was “travel”. This could signify a booming Asian economy and tourism market in the first half of the year.
Yahoo! announced its annual “Top 5 Fastest Growing Businesses in Search Marketing” and “Top 10 Most Popular Search Keywords,” which could be key indicators for enterprises’ online search marketing investments. In the first half of 2010, an integrated analysis was conducted on Yahoo! Search marketing data from five Asian nations (Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Singapore, and India). The results showed that the most popular search keyword all across Asia in the period was “travel”. This could signify a booming Asian economy and tourism market in the first half of the year. The second most popular search keyword in Taiwan, Singapore and India for the first six months of 2010 was “gaming”, attributed to the growing “stay-at-home” economy.
Food for thought: Anyone remember GERS .0001((now GERSD .0012 after 1/10 RS)GERSD 1.7 bil o/s mkt cap $2 mil, + 25/33 mil debt)
The following post from another board:
The 1 billion gallons is the amount of ethanol produced by their licensed customers.
Greenshift's 20% royalty comes from the sales of corn oil. The corn oil is removed from the 1 billion gallons of ethanol that their customers produce.
So the billion gallons of ethanol isn't produced by Greenshift, it's just a way to guage how much of the ethanol industry is removing corn oil.
I think the ethanol industry makes about 12 billion gallons a year right now.
You see, after ethanol is made, there's a byproduct that's left over called DDG(dried distillers grain). It's full of corn oil. In the past, they just fed this stuff to livestock animals. Greenshift invented the system that removes this corn oil so it can be turned into biodiesel fuel. The animals can't eat a lot of it anyway because high amounts of oil is too hard on their digestive systems.
Once removed, it allows animals to eat more DDG's, because it's healthier without all of the oil.
Corn oil extraction saves ethanol producers money because less electricity is used to dry the DDG.
Greenshift will extract about 88,000 gallons of corn oil a day.(32 million gallons a year) from these 1 billion+ gallons of ethanol. Greenshift has an upgraded version of this corn oil system called method II. This upgrade can extract twice as much oil from the same amount of DDG. Method II can remove over 65 million gallons a year instead of 32M.
Cellulosic oil is refered to as method III. This can extract over 100 million gallons instead of the 65 and 32 in the other methods.
Remember, these numbers are from the customers that we have licensed, or about 8% of the industry. The EPA estimates that by 2022, there'll be 680,000,000 gallons of corn oil extracted from ethanol plants. At $2 a gallon, this is $1.4 billion dollars. If corn oil hits $4 again, and it will. that's about $2.8 billion.
Greenshift would get 20% of that(over half a billion dollars)
Hope this helps...
Thanks, but I also heard from a few who owned this 2/3 years ago at over $1. I don't know how many shares were out then but its been quite a ride for all those in at .0024.
One of my online acquaintances reported had 7 million shares which she prayed would hit .03 some day. My brother sold all his there and I sold some also and some last Friday but this Honeymoon shows no signs of cooling off. The float seems to be getting locked up if you study the volume spikes two months ago and then on the bailout news.
Some say .40 when drilling begins; if so my brother(who gave me this stock originally) will be jumping off his boat. Almost makes me hope they don't hit something big.
BDEV someone stole some at 1.75; ILVC getting some volume now .024 (building homes for native Americans on reservations in Canada; 61mil o/s 16 mil float...MAYBE); LBSR up another .02!
Happy Days!
Interesting companies, but no one has flipped BDEV as it was totally obscure. I see evidence every day that interest in pennies is heating up just as the big guys are downsizing and circling the wagons.
I think those small China plays are really interesting now. Good posts!
HMDI .20, Next quarter's numbers should look better.

Ref: BDEV, Thanks, that may be forerunner of employing a PR firm. Hard to imagine a better industry the China travel agency. (unless it be gold/silver/copper and uranium, I mean LBSR. +.02)
Found the Cobroxin Gel in stock at a Michigan Rite Aid yesterday. In New England area none of the rite-aid stores stocked it but offered mail order.
My wife is trying it for Sciatica.
BDEV, $1.25 (Chinese travel agency)Posted outstanding numbers last night. This company is way under the radar, CEO owns like 75% 12 + million shares out of 16 mil O/S. A real sleeper IMO.

BDEV Excellent news, a real sleeper for sure. That other Chinese travel agency went to $25 at one point. This one sure looks like $5 or better pretty quick.
Thanks for the early alert.
This is an amazing unparalleled printing machine. 4 bil O/S and etrade still shows only 1.2 bil. Someone said " I do know the CEO hates guys that try to flip his stock." Well he must be feeling pretty secure at .0001.
I will admit to being a bagholder bigtime here, that's nothing new lots of good ideas are in the tank but what provoked me most was the PR where the CEO is applauding their performance and handling out promotions.
Oh well, maybe another carrier pigeon is on its way from Italy with news.
Right, but sometimes shells get picked up and restarted. I guess not having a transfer agent for 6 years is a pretty good clue that won't happen.
(smile)
However I did go through BK with one like WNYN that attracted new owners and overnight became almost an insider.
Yes BDEV appears alive and well in spite of its long sleep. Speaking of long sleeps, three of my mistakes (shells) were removed by Etrade for not having a transfer agent for 6 years.
I am unaware of their rights to do this. They can remove the shares which are in your account but I doubt they are throwing them in the garbage can.
What is astonishing to me is my little "dead" stock portfolio is starting to wiggle back to life. BDEV (1.24)owned since 4/05 at .60 and ILVC (.01)for some reason which I forgot has been ticking higher (flew once to .17) but also had 3 shells removed by etrade because no transfer agent for 6 years.
Not sure I understand that.
LBSR .05, just slid into 20 bagger territory for me. Still cheap considering 166 square miles of claims plus their Arizona claims against a 25 mil mkt. cap. Katx has 50mil mkt cap for instance but lots of press.
In Sept 2008 LBSR was $1.50 but I'm sure many less shares.
However I should learn to stop talking about a stock I own that keeps going up. As soon as some friend or relative buys in it will stop and reverse. Happened with CTEI and XCHO and NPHC. So forget about it!
Excellent post; someone on yahoo suggested an audit is planned maybe prior to a take over. We need a fresh start here.
.82!,Shoulda coulda, but just saw that video, amazing stuff. Now the whiz can do his thing.
Thanks for your recent update. I was doing some portfolio cleaning and almost tossed it. I remember it flew once to $4+. Stuckholder since 4/27/05, I must have been feeling frisky that day.
