And still is I believe. So no matter how cheap the common looks without votes the lenders (insiders) can do anything they wish. Its pretty clear based on the past they could give a fig about common owners interests.

They have pretty well burnt that bridge but I follow Slash's posts as he is close to what's happening and this corpse lies in my deadhead portfolio.
