Yes BDEV appears alive and well in spite of its long sleep. Speaking of long sleeps, three of my mistakes (shells) were removed by Etrade for not having a transfer agent for 6 years.

I am unaware of their rights to do this. They can remove the shares which are in your account but I doubt they are throwing them in the garbage can.
