Second Quarter Financial Performance Highlights

Following are some financial highlights for the second quarter of 2010.

Net Revenues: Our net revenues were $4,053,759 and $4,783,741 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010, respectively, an increase from $145,475 and $149,750 for the same periods in 2009, respectively.
Net Income/Loss: Net income was $1,709,547 and $1,595,027 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010, respectively, as compared to net loss of $482,091 and $658,081 for the same periods in 2009, respectively.
Basic and diluted net income/loss per share: Basic and diluted net income per share was $0.11 and $0.10 for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010, respectively, as compared to basic and diluted net loss per share of $0.03 and $0.04 for the same periods in 2009, respectively.
