No problem Buzz, just would not surprise me if these two individuals (funds) tossed this law suit into the fray just to cover shorts or get cheap shares. These guys go way back with LBSR even before their last r/s in sept 09.

If anything we have to wonder what LBSR was thinking getting into bed with these dudes.
