Vote-less shareholders have also pumped tens of millions into this company since the old high is an adjusted $1500 per share in 2002/3. There maybe a shortage of corn and bullish forecast for ethanol producers but there is no shortage of GERS stock.

In fact its virtually flooding the market. Just since the last 1/10 r/s in August I compute well over a billion new shares have been sold between .0012 and .0002. Considering there should have only been around 2 billion shares left after the r/s. That's 50% dilution.Do the math, that's also half million $ in less than 3 months.

Prospective investors should ask WHAT exactly did all those million buy? In other words WHAT exactly does GERS own and how will they repay the 25 million $ they still owe the lenders we suspect keep dumping common to pay the interest.

Just my opinion and my numbers could be completely wrong as I rely on Etrade's data.
