Mickey, Yes thanks for the information. Did you ask him if they expect an event to increase the value of their patents? Should we assume that the 868 is the decision to increase their value? Without an event to move the value, then his reason for not selling the patents seems suspicious to me.

Do you think that the proposed SA fail from two years ago was
truly due to IDCC not finding a buyer for the whole

Do you believe it's truly a matter of the declining patent value as a reason for not selling?
My conclusion is that not selling simply serves the company officers interests. They simply don't want to see their company be sold.
