Do you think that the proposed SA fail from two years ago was
truly due to IDCC not finding a buyer for the whole
company.
Do you believe it's truly a matter of the declining patent value as a reason for not selling?
My conclusion is that not selling simply serves the company officers interests. They simply don't want to see their company be sold.
Don't cast me as a Mickey basher as I have been in awe of your willingness to take big risks. I truly hope you will be rewarded.
