Mickey, Yes thanks for the information. Did you ask him if they expect an event to increase the value of their patents? Should we assume that the 868 is the decision to increase their value? Without an event to move the value, then his reason for not selling the patents seems suspicious to me.
---He said the sale of patents was off the shelf because the value of patents declined and that IDCC wasn't going to basically give them away.---
