i respect your remarks but alot of your info is from the past even the lawsuit is from 2011 when the company was dormant and as far as the old product with the cigar in the bottle that seemed far fetched but again it was years ago the company is about to roll out distribution of there award winning vodka that many on this board have already purchased and drank

Notice the "Place an Ad with the Los Angeles Times!" link, all one has to do is go there and fake this legal notice. It would have cost who ever put this legal notice up only $51, which would be a small price to pay for some short in MRIB or someone wanting to add cheaper shares.

Can you find this info from an non classified ad for us to prove it is legit? I have been looking. I can can only see that he has been an employee for them, but no evidence of a lawsuit

Wow! a past employee suing for lost wages. LOL I've seen these a thousand times from every corporation I've ever worked for "Target, Best Buy, etc..." 9 times out of 10 its from a disgruntled employee who feels they were unjustly terminated from the company and is looking for compensation. California has the strictest labor and wage laws in the nation, if its legit he'll get paid. Who really cares about that. lol

Once the license issue is correctly, bashers will not have anything to talk about. "OH, I FORGOT" An employee feels that didn't get their pay. LOL

I got a number for Monroe County PA from Mr. Owen's attorney's office, 570 517 3370. They are closed for the day but I hope to link the case tomorrow.

Again, the lawsuit is REAL according to Deborah Huffman's office.
