This is a faked, yes FAKED attempt to draw negativity.
Notice the "Place an Ad with the Los Angeles Times!" link, all one has to do is go there and fake this legal notice. It would have cost who ever put this legal notice up only $51, which would be a small price to pay for some short in MRIB or someone wanting to add cheaper shares.
Can you find this info from an non classified ad for us to prove it is legit? I have been looking. I can can only see that he has been an employee for them, but no evidence of a lawsuit
