I would bet its not FAKE. Its done all the time. DO they expect a response, doubtful, and the judgement will probably be for the plaintiff. The hard part will be for the plaintiff to collect. He has probably seen the recent MRIB pumping and figured, if, by some small chance, they make money, he will be able to collect through legal means.
