MRIB lawsuit? Found some sketch DD.

OK everybody, I was doing some DD and found some stuff that puts Marani's management into question. I've been following this board since September and this is obviously a hot stock with potential to be valued at at least $0.50 per share (imo) if management follows through with everything they said they're doing however….

Obviously SmallCapsMarket brings up a good point about the license revoking, any liquor manufacturer and distributor in the US who are preparing for a MAJOR relaunch that has an inactive license would raise major red flags. There is also the tax issues.

Second of all is that everything that's happening now is reminiscent of what happened 4-5 years ago, when management announced that deal to ship to India and Southeast Asia. What happened to that? I couldn't find any posts about it on the internet other than they handed control to the Fairmarcs group to do distribution in that part of the world. I've travelled and had friends travel extensively in SE Asia and we never saw Marani. Also the cigar in a bottle thing. It was a hot item back then, but once again no pictures or any proof that it ever existed (someone prove me wrong and find a picture of it). Just a vague PR.

Then there's the website. It looks like it hasn't been updated since 08/09 asides from the last PR under investors, which was about that boat race. Shouldn't PRs be put on the website ASAP? The website doesn't look that nice, and you can see some of the words on the homepage where you can click events, investors, find marani etc. etc. some of the words are cut off. Small details, but a red flag none the less. Do they want to just appear legit?

A quick search of Marani on google most yields stock related stuff, nothing really on the product or reviews or anything. Search Belvedere vodka and you'll see the difference, belvedere is also publicly traded.

Lastly, also reminiscent of 4-5 years ago, Marani is sponsoring a ton of high profile events, just like they did way back (look at their event pictures, all from 08/09). Shouldn't Marani be way more established than it already is now? I understand family issues but still…..

I also found this, which is very recent….

Now I do like the potential of this company, but there are major red flags and it looks like they are just using shareholders money to fund their way of life (all those extravagant events), and it seems like management is really incompetent.

Just some food for thought. Everything is IMO.
