Jerry.

That is exactly my very point. The 10k or any other document will not contain any news of a negative nature otherwise they would not have sold. On the other hand they most proably know that Nokia and Samsung will not pony up the cash without a fight. Sharp also may not be complete, all they have to say is that talks are ongoing, even though they may be next to terminal.

I hope and expect that none of the above occurs, however they are examples of what could have made the insiders sell.

They are not giving investors the Full SP on material deals, it would appear that the information is being dragged out of them, everytime they talk another piece of information is presented. For example, it was news to me that the so called legally binding agreement had a get out of jail clause, by allowing arbitration.

revlis - I think the old guidelines regarding insider trading have changed.

The old rule was: insiders buy = bullish, time to buy; insiders sell = bearish, time to sell.

That doesn't work anymore (at least for InterDig) for two reasons: 1) insiders have so many options (an average of probably 250,000 each) that it would be imprudent to buy on the open market, and, 2) insider sells are absolutely prohibited if there is any bad news pending.

Therefore: Anyone trading InterDig based on the old rules of insider trading will always be wrong!

(Ddweller, if mine is the last post on this matter, does that mean I'm right? ;)
