That is exactly my very point. The 10k or any other document will not contain any news of a negative nature otherwise they would not have sold. On the other hand they most proably know that Nokia and Samsung will not pony up the cash without a fight. Sharp also may not be complete, all they have to say is that talks are ongoing, even though they may be next to terminal.
I hope and expect that none of the above occurs, however they are examples of what could have made the insiders sell.
They are not giving investors the Full SP on material deals, it would appear that the information is being dragged out of them, everytime they talk another piece of information is presented. For example, it was news to me that the so called legally binding agreement had a get out of jail clause, by allowing arbitration.
