revlis - I think the old guidelines regarding insider trading have changed.

The old rule was: insiders buy = bullish, time to buy; insiders sell = bearish, time to sell.

That doesn't work anymore (at least for InterDig) for two reasons: 1) insiders have so many options (an average of probably 250,000 each) that it would be imprudent to buy on the open market, and, 2) insider sells are absolutely prohibited if there is any bad news pending.

Therefore: Anyone trading InterDig based on the old rules of insider trading will always be wrong!

(Ddweller, if mine is the last post on this matter, does that mean I'm right? ;)
