I do wonder if the lawsuit is holding up the sale of BTOS, because BLVT is also a named defendant also in that suit, and the sale was supposed to close already.

I do wish they can complete the sale of BTOS to LC Bowman, because there are real employees of BTOS, and they do make things. Have just been mismanaged by a CEO with an rumored gambling problem.

After the sale BLVT will then IMO become nothing but a shell, with no real assets, and a bunch of remaining debt to pay off with the newly minted shares.

It is really funny to see people bring a bunch of pump material out about receiving 10 mil(nope), etc. then at the same time bash those of us who are warning others to what is reality with BLVT.

Beware this stock, and if you play it, then just play it, if you keep it, read what they have disclosed at the OTC website, because at least they have provided the information, more than most in stinky pink land.

All IMO only

BLVT will still own BTOS after assets sale!

The parent company will still own its subsidiary.

Per 14-C:
After careful review, the Company authorized the sale by BTOS of its assets for two principal reasons - a) to focus its energies in the pursuit and completion of higher margin, less capital and labor intensive contracts through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bulova Technologies (Europe) LLC (“BT Europe”); and b) to relieve BTOS, BT Europe and the Company, (yes, that's all three as a single entity under its parent inclusive) of burdensome high interest debt that is currently in default, and to provide working capital to ensure future growth.
