BLVT will not continue to own BTOS once they sell it, that's the purpose of selling, so you don't own anymore.

Why does the money for the purchase go to BTOS because once BLVT sells it, it won't be part of BLVT anymore but it says in black and white the money for the purchase will go to BTOS?

Once the sale happens BT Europe will be dependant on BTOS for revenue and on the new owner making a profit. Remember?


Deal probably won't close today as scheduled, in the stinky pinky scam promotions, BLVT wants it to continue on. That way claims of "news on the way" can continue to be promoted.

Maybe the wording in this deal is why Gurba is being sued in NY. He used the same flim flam wording in other "deals" and he's being sued for misleading statements.
