BTOS is being sold to a third party, LC Bowman, will not be part of BLVT anymore if sale is closed.
If the sale doesn't close, the threat of a BLVT BK is a real possibility.
BLVT wants to move on without having the burden of a real business. Only selling shares as a shell.
