Question..Has it been determined whether IDCC voluntarily submitted the contractual agreements as a supplementary revision to their S-3..or did the SEC initiate the request for additional disclosure? TIA

Loophole...Do you think a response to the SEC on these matters would be a material event requiring the filing of an 8K? Seems like it could have been done with the exhibits being forwarded with a cover letter.

Loop, he is neg for a reason...you should know by now. There are a few on here that want the stock to go the other way.
There seems to be a lot of games being played with stocks as the market is running bearish. I feel like I have been watching a tennis match. Agree totaly about your thoughts on SEC....these guys have been under the gun for years and could be shaking
things up a little. I hope JP response to Jim was all the cards, and we will see some good fruit.
But, just a thought, could this have anything to do with a merger? Just speculating.

What is the basis of your belief, either you know or you do not, try to be factual.

Regarding your opinion of my posts, they add nothing to this board. Just because you have changed from being the I am sitting on this company, as many of your posts demonstrate, do you need reminding, to the current status of I love this company, and it can do no wrong.

Regarding the Cannes demonstration, how much has it generated, any contracts signed. To date we have two companies paying, one after internationaol arbitration, the other up for renewal. That is factual.

I am pretty sure you will swing in the wind and be anti the company in the near furure.

Regarding individual investors, IDCC and the majority of companies do not heed what we have to say, unless it involves a class action. They have clearly shown lip service with all of the insider trades, compensation etc, to the needs of investors. You claim to be invested in the company for 18 years. Just how long does it take to make a profit, just how long does it take to allign shareholders interests with that of management, do you not consider 18 years and still waiting a tad overdue.
It is time for a reality check.
