Nobody has said that IDCC did anything wrong. I believe that IDCC filed the S-3 and prospectus just as it has done in the past. It could be that the SEC is reviewing the documents a little more closely these days. I am sure that IDCC mentioned that it may not get another joint development project under the TDD agreement with Nok, they may be unable to renew the Sharp 1998 agreement and mentioned the NEC settlement prior to an arbitration ruling in the gloom and doom section of the prospectus. It may be perfectly normal to simply make the warning statements and have the prospectus approved. However, the Sec may now be asking for the documents as back up for the prospectus. This may be an unpublished policy change within the SEC.

Anybody can just sit around and nitpick all day to conclude that someone has done something wrong when in fact it is form over substance. It is this very attitude that has made every job in America pure drudgery rather than a pleasurable experience. Too many noses in too many people's business and recently your nose has been working overtime. I am sure that if the company could give you back your money invested for the shares you own, they would do it in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, they cannot do this and they have to put up with your constant negative comments on a daily basis. How about one post that says congratulations on your presentation at Cannes. Motivation by negativity does not win out in the long run.
