"Anybody can just sit around and nitpick all day to conclude that someone has done something wrong when in fact it is form over substance. It is this very attitude that has made every job in America pure drudgery rather than a pleasurable experience. Too many noses in too many people's business... "Motivation by negativity does not win out in the long run.

A lesson learned and practiced daily by the many thousands of effective teachers and winning coaches everywhere, and by successful salesmen, attornies, and managers as well I imagine.
