Furthermore, control of a Nevada corporation is moot, since only private actions can be used to enforce their securities laws. Management is afforded broad latitude, and can pretty much do whatever the hell they want to do.

A thought has struck. We've all been discussing the CMKX and SEC witness and exhibits lists, but we've missed one obvious and very important thing:

CMKX does not plan to introduce any NEW filings at the hearing.

How 'bout that?
