SEC 10....Take a look at the 8K's and follow what is in them backward, you will see a trend for the last 3 years about control of the company, over 51%.

And yes I know there are other ways to control the company, with a super share for instance. The only shares out are common though. Confirmed from the company last year.

It won't matter much longer, 13 days we will all know what has been going on.
