Mr.H~~~Only two problems with whoever this is..He didn't bother to alert anyone to any funny business (or what he thought was irregularities) way back when..and on his web site he finds it appropriate to list his Bio without mention of Hrct whatsoever...that I notice anyway..not a whole lotta honesty there...jmo

Not sure what's up there but I would rather be left out of this drama..lol....I'm just here for my investment and the current management team..The old stuff just brings back too much angst among the old time Hrcters...Jmho....Not worth hearing about, in my book..Not this far after the fact anyway..jmo

!!!!!'wwwilly-mrhrct' HEY WILLY then WHY is he CHAMPIONING his case for FILING A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against HRCT? Especially as his FIRST COUPLE OF POSTS!!!! You think that will help the value in share price? And what is so HONORABLE about him that all those here on I-Hub would know? Not trying to be sarcastic, JUST asking him to explain himself in about a SIMPLISTIC a way as I can.

The SEC did not differentiate between the old management and the new management and neither should we the shareholders who were defrauded, cheated and misled. Join now or get screwed again

Sorry Mrhrct...Mike came on with, "Let's file class action suit against Hartcourt"..Right after we lost law suit with SEC..Why not kick a man while he is down????Could you explain
exactly what the class action would accomplish? After all Hartcourt has plenty of cash to distribute to disgruntled
shareholders, yeah right...Sorry he doesen't get my vote as
someone helping the "value of my shares"...
